Two phase full service entire home or Main level redesigns. Can also involve Kitchen Addition and Bathroom design services. Consult, preliminary and final layouts material selections. 3/D walk throughs and renderings along with extensive excel sheet selections. This package also provides detailed drawings of all cabinetry/built ins or complexed design concepts to hand off to your contractor of choice to implement your design vision.

Custom Home Design
Two phase full service entire home. Extensive review, and assistance, during architectural / building plans, plumbing, electrical, flooring, tile selections, built-in designs, space plans as well as exterior selections. Detailed drawings and excel sheet selections provided. 3/D renderings offered upon request.

Interior Decor
Customized space plans for individual rooms or your entire home. This service includes a detailed sets of space plans, and mood boards with furniture, rugs, draperies, paint and accessories. If furnishings purchased through SMC an extensive excel selection sheet will be provided.
